Join us as we celebrate a DOZEN years of the Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge!

Join us on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Government Plaza as we bring back Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Alabama's "sweetest" event of the year. The Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge is a wonderful, family fun event to benefit the children in our community in need of mentors to help them with challenges life brings their way.

Your participation will match these mentors with children in West Alabama, providing fun, collaborative opportunities for them.

NOTE: Spirit packs are first come, first served in sizes and quantities!! Children 5-years-old and under are not considered participants and therefore will not receive swag bags. Day of race price for entry is $50 per person with no guarantee of swag bags.

NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO "CHIPPED" BIBS THIS YEAR. 

About the event: What begins as a normal race, the Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge, has an unusual twist.  Participants of the race will begin at the Start line, run one mile, pick up one dozen doughnuts, eat the doughnuts and run one mile back to the finish line. But...you don't have to race if you don't want to do that. You don't even have to eat the doughnuts if you don't want to do that! Basically, we want you to have fun and enjoy helping others in our community. Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Alabama and the Tuscaloosa Krispy Kreme Challenge are thrilled to celebrate a DOZEN YEARS of this event in 2024!
